How photo optimization works
Automatic compression
Every photo you upload is automatically compressed before being stored. We use WebP format (or JPEG fallback) with smart quality settings—reducing file sizes by 60-80% compared to original photos, without visible quality loss.
Adaptive resolution
Images are resized to a max width/height while keeping the aspect ratio. Free users get 1600px (great for mobile viewing), while Pro and White Label users get full 2048px resolution—perfect for printing or detailed inspection.
Thumbnails included
We automatically generate small thumbnails (400px) for the timeline view—so the gallery loads fast even on slow connections. Full-size images are only loaded when you tap to view.
Secure cloud storage
All photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage with industry-standard encryption. Images are private by default—only you (and clients you explicitly share with) can access them.

See entries chronologically—newest first. Each entry shows the date, note, tags, and photo thumbnails. Perfect for reviewing what happened on a specific day.
